PlayOnward is built around a simple goal: helping emerging Canadian musicians start their careers and find a shot at success. Our approach is modeled on the life and legacy of our inspiration, Darin Diehl. Darin believed that our most meaningful gift to each other is our time and attention. This is what it takes to make connections that can make a difference.

PlayOnward seeks to make these connections in the form of musical mentors – people willing to provide their time, attention, and expertise – to advise the next generation of emerging Canadian musical talent.
